How to detox your body in summers?

Inflammation in the gut has been linked to many diseases.Summer is a great weather to detox our bodies.Bottle gourds,ridge and bitter gourds,pumpkins,mint,coriander, cucumber and lemons are great foods to keep up our digestive fire ,light on gut and easily assimilated in our body.
Create summer detox water by slicing cucumber,lemon,raw turmeric and grated ginger in water stored in a glass jar, refrigerate and drink through the day.
Light breakfast,good lunch and light and early dinner are natural ways to detox our body.adequate hydration is very important.Munch 1-2 fruits in a day along with pumpkin seeds.Have buttermilk, coconut water,guargum,gulkand ,chia and sabza seeds as sources of fibre,minerals and protein.Avoid fried foods as in summers our digestive fire is naturally low and refined flour,fried will impact our gut badly.Yoga ,pranayam and moderate exercise will keep you active and hormones in balance ….
